About Your Purchase

After adding products to your cart and completing your order, you can check your delivery status by logging into My Page using the one-time code sent to your email. (Note: This is not a password.)

By placing an order on this site, you agree to the Shopify Consumer Terms of Use and Privacy Policy .

Order Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

We generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preferences or convenience. However, if you’ve placed a duplicate order or made a mistake, please contact our support team before your order is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives with severe damage or water exposure due to shipping, please contact the delivery carrier directly.
If the product itself is damaged or defective, please contact our support team.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
・More than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered
・The item has already been opened or used

Estimated Delivery Times

In-stock items are usually shipped within 5 business days.

Pre-order items will be shipped after the product is released or restocked. Please refer to the product page for more details.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Restocking and Product Availability

Some items are available in limited quantities. Restocking is not guaranteed once sold out.
Please refer to each product page for the most up-to-date availability and sales status.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to one address.
If you would like to send items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each shipping destination.

Fees, Taxes & Customs Duties

Product prices include applicable fees and consumption tax as listed on the product page.
For international orders, customs duties may be charged based on the shipping destination country’s import regulations.

Delivery Notes

We do not issue printed delivery notes. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for order details.

Receipts

We do not issue printed receipts. Please refer to your order confirmation email or credit card statement for your records.
