Terms of service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the internet shopping site “NextNinja Store” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) operated by NextNinja Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By accessing or using the Site, all users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms. Please review these Terms carefully before using the Site.


Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms govern all relationships between the User and the Company concerning the use of the Site and the services provided therin.
 If the User is a minor, they must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Site.; The Company assumes no responsibility for any use of the Site without such consent.

Article 3 (Management of User IDs and Passwords)

Members shall be solely responsible for the management  and use of their  user IDs and passwords.
 The Company shall not be liable  any damages resulting from unauthorized use of a Member’s ID or password by a third party., except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.


Article 4 (Sales Contract Formation)

A sales contract for sale of goods shall be deemed to have been  formed upon the Company’s acceptance of a purchase application submitted by the User. 

 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an purchase application under the following circumstances:


  1. The requested product is out of stock;
  2. Payment from the User cannot be verified;
  3. The Company determines, as its sole discretion, that the application is inappropriate.

Article 5 (Payment Method)

The User shall make payment for products using pay product prices by the payment methods specified by the Company on the Site.

Article 6 (Produect Delivery of Products)

Products shall be delivered via a delivery service designated by the Company. Unless otherwise stated, 
As a rule, shipments will generally be  made within five (5) days following after the order confirmation confirmed., However,  delays may occur due to force majeure events, natural disasters,  logistics conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.reasons.
 For international shipments, the User shall be solely responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or similar charges.

Article 7 (Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations)

  • Returns or exchanges initiated solely for the  User’s convenience after shipment are not accepted.
  • In the event of a product defects or shipping errors is defective or incorrectly shipped, the Company will bear return shipping costs and provide a replacement product, provided the User notifies the Company within seven (7) days of receiving the product receipt.
  • Cancellations requested for personal reasons are accepted User convenience is possible only prior to the commencement of the  Company begins shipping process procedures.
  • Due to the nature of digital or downloadable products, such items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Violation of applicable laws or public order and morals;
  2. Submission of false or misleading information during registration;
  3. Fraudulent use of credit cards;
  4. Transfer or sale of User accounts or rights to third parties;
  5. Conduct that causes harm, inconvenience, or disadvantage to other Users or third parties;
  6. Any activity that interferes with the operation of the Site or the Services; 
  7. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 9 (Personal Information Handling)

Personal information collected from by Users in accordance with its when using the Services is handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content on the Site, including but not limited to (text, images, trademarks, logos, video, softwareprograms, and other materials (collectively, “Content”),  is the property of the Company or of  third parties who have granted the Company appropriate usage rights. Such Content  is protected under the Copyright Act of Japan and other applicable laws and regulations.
 Users may not reproduce, copy, publicly transmit, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any Content without the prior written consent of the Company or the rightful owner.

Article 11 (Suspension or Interruption of Services)

The Company reserves the right to the Users's account or access to  or interrupt all or part of the Services,  without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

  1. System maintenance, inspection, or updates;
  2. Natural disasters, power outages, fires, wars, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, or other force majeure events;
  3. Technical difficulties including hardware failure, network disruption, virus infection, or cyberattacks;
  4. Any other events deemed unavoidable by the Company.

Article 12 (Disclaimers)

  • The Company makes no representations or warranties, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided on the Site.
  • The Company does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or suitability of products. fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability of any product offered through the Site.
  • Product prices may change without notice; the Company is not liable for price changes, discontinuation of sales, etc.
  • Certain content, products, or services available through the Services may include materials from external services. The Company does not verify or evaluate such materials or websites and expressly disclaims any liability arising from their use or availability.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users through use of the Site or the Services.
  • If a product is undelivered due to an unknown address after shipment, the Company will fulfill its delivery obligation by shipping to the specified address,and/or contacting the User at the provided contact information.
  • The Company may the Users's account or access to , modify, add,or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice or consent from Users.

Article 13 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

Users represent and warrant that they are not,and shall not become,affiliated with any organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.
In the event of a breach of  this article, the Company may immediately the Users's account or access to  use of the Services,without prior notice.

Article 14 (Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms without notice to Users when it deems necessary. Continued use of the Site after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo Summary Court, depending on the amount in controversy.
